Custom development is priced on fixed-cost (project basis) or time-and-material (hourly rate) models. After the requirement analysis, we provide a detailed project estimate. Fixed-cost projects work well for well-defined scopes; T&M is preferred for evolving requirements.

Standard SaaS products include basic setup at no extra charge. For enterprise deployments with custom configurations, data migration, or on-premise installation, a one-time implementation fee applies. This is quoted transparently as part of the project proposal.

Yes. All products come with a fully functional sandbox environment with test credentials, dummy data, and simulated third-party responses. The sandbox mirrors production behavior and supports full API testing before going live.

All data is stored in ISO 27001-certified data centers in India. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We implement database-level encryption for sensitive fields (Aadhaar, PAN, bank account numbers). Data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
