We offer both deployment modes. Cloud-hosted (SaaS) on AWS/Azure with 99.9% SLA, or on-premise deployment on your own infrastructure. Enterprise clients often prefer on-premise for data sovereignty; our team handles full setup and configuration either way.
Standard SaaS onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks including data migration, user training, and UAT. Custom-configured deployments take 4–8 weeks. We assign a dedicated onboarding manager and provide full training documentation and videos.
Yes. All products expose REST APIs and support standard integrations with credit bureaus (CIBIL, Equifax, Experian), bank APIs, Aadhaar/PAN verification, GST portal, eSign platforms, and popular ERPs like SAP and Tally.

Product pricing is subscription-based (monthly/annual) with tiers based on user count, transaction volume, or modules. We offer Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Custom enterprise pricing is available for large-scale deployments.
Custom development is priced on fixed-cost (project basis) or time-and-material (hourly rate) models. After the requirement analysis, we provide a detailed project estimate. Fixed-cost projects work well for well-defined scopes; T&M is preferred for evolving requirements.
Standard SaaS products include basic setup at no extra charge. For enterprise deployments with custom configurations, data migration, or on-premise installation, a one-time implementation fee applies. This is quoted transparently as part of the project proposal.
Yes! We offer special startup pricing with up to 40% discount for early-stage companies (registered within 3 years, under ₹5Cr revenue). DPIIT-recognized startups get additional benefits. Contact our sales team with your startup certificate to apply.
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, credit/debit cards, and demand drafts. International clients can pay via wire transfer or PayPal. Invoices are GST-compliant and issued within 24 hours of agreement signing.

Critical production bugs are escalated immediately to our senior engineering team. P1 (system down) issues receive a response within 30 minutes with a status update every hour. Our on-call engineering team works around the clock on resolution. RCA (root cause analysis) is provided within 48 hours of resolution.
Yes! Feature requests can be submitted through the product dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. We maintain a public product roadmap and vote-weighted feature request board. High-voted features are prioritized in quarterly releases.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime SLA for all SaaS products, meaning less than 8.7 hours of downtime per year. Enterprise plans include 99.95% SLA. We publish a real-time status page at status.enterfirst.io and send proactive alerts for any planned maintenance windows.
All EnterFirst products expose RESTful APIs with OpenAPI 3.0 specification documentation. We also provide webhook support for real-time event notifications. API documentation, sandbox environments, and Postman collections are provided to all clients upon onboarding.
Yes. All products come with a fully functional sandbox environment with test credentials, dummy data, and simulated third-party responses. The sandbox mirrors production behavior and supports full API testing before going live.
All data is stored in ISO 27001-certified data centers in India. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We implement database-level encryption for sensitive fields (Aadhaar, PAN, bank account numbers). Data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
We maintain geo-redundant data centers with automated failover. RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is 1 hour and RTO (Recovery Time Objective) is 4 hours for standard plans. Enterprise plans have RPO of 15 minutes and RTO of 1 hour with dedicated DR environments.
Yes. Enterprise clients can conduct their own security audits or third-party penetration tests on the platform with a 2-week advance notice. We provide full infrastructure access documentation, network diagrams, and security policy documents under NDA.
Our mobile products support iOS 14+ and Android 8.0+. Web applications are responsive and support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest 2 versions).
