India’s RegTech and LegalTech suite. One AI engine behind three platforms — income tax notices and litigation, trademark prosecution and enforcement, and regulatory intelligence across 100+ authorities. The machine reads and drafts; a CA, CS or lawyer signs.

What actually changes

The same three jobs. A different order of magnitude.

See how it works
Reading a 143(2) and getting to a first draft
How it goes todayDaysAn associate reads the file, reconciles credits in Excel and searches precedent by keyword.
On EnterFirst28 secondsParsed to grounds, reconciled line by line, drafted with the authorities it relies on cited.
Knowing whether a new circular binds you
How it goes todayA week of readingSomeone checks each regulator on a rota, then works out which entities it touches.
On EnterFirst60 minutesClassified by AI the day it publishes, verified by a lawyer, CA or CS, mapped to applicability.
Catching a conflicting mark at publication
How it goes todayThe four-month windowThe opposition window closes because nobody was watching the journal that fortnight.
On EnterFirst24/7 watch75,00,000+ marks under continuous watch, similarity-scored and escalated with the grounds attached.

Timings are product reporting on representative matters, not a guarantee for any particular file. The basis for these figures is published.

The problem

A notice arrives. A clock starts. Someone reads everything.

Then reconciles it against the books, finds the precedent, assembles the annexures and formats the submission. Only the last five percent of that is judgment — and it is the only part a client would knowingly pay a professional rate for.

We built software for the other ninety-five, and left a qualified professional standing at the gate.

Window to answer a 143(2) with a full bank reconciliation 30 days
Trademark opposition window, missed by simply not watching the journal 4 months
Indian regulators publishing something that might bind you 100+
The billing model every incumbent defends and no client wants Hourly
How it is done today

Four tools, five handovers, one spreadsheet holding it together

Nothing on the left is a bad tool. The cost is not any single stage — it is the seams between them, and the reading that has to happen at every seam.

Comparison of the status quo against EnterFirst across six parts of a regulated matter
Stage of the matter Typical practice today On EnterFirst
Finding out Someone logs into each portal on a rota, or an email lands in a shared inbox. Consent-based sync pulls it the day it appears, mapped to client, year and owner.
Understanding it An associate reads the file to work out what is actually being asked. Parsed to structure — grounds, sections, dates, applicability — in under three minutes.
Assembling Reconciliation in Excel, precedent by keyword search, annexures collated by hand. Line-by-line reconciliation, precedent by matter shape, annexures built from the evidence vault.
Drafting Last year’s submission, opened and edited. Firm format applied from memory. Drafted from your templates plus the standard formats, citing the authority it relies on.
Checking Partner review if the calendar allows it. Maker-checker gate. Nothing files or dispatches without a qualified signature.
Proving it later Email threads, a folder on the server, and whoever still remembers. Immutable audit trail — every view, version and approval, exportable in full.
Products

Each product runs standalone and shares the same evidence vault, consent model and audit trail underneath.

How it works

The same four steps, whichever product you start with.

01 Connect Consent-based pulls from the Income Tax portal, the GST system via a registered GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) API, TRACES, the TM registry and regulator feeds — plus your own uploads.
02 Classify Every document parsed to structure — grounds, sections, dates, applicability and owner — not to a loose summary.
03 Draft Reply, counter-statement or client advisory assembled from your templates, the facts, the annexures and the relevant precedent.
04 Verify & file Maker-checker review by a qualified professional, then filing or dispatch — every action timestamped in the audit trail.

Inside the workspace

Three products. The same evidence, consent and approval model underneath.

A matter you can hand to an auditor.

Each stage is a record, not a status. The reply cites the authority it relies on, every figure links to the evidence it came from, and the approval that let it leave is timestamped against a named professional.

Evidence vault. Consent-based pulls stored tamper-proof and indexed, linked to every draft that uses them.
Precedent by matter shape. Authorities retrieved by the facts in front of you, not by keyword, from 500,000+ judgments.
Limitation engine. Response windows, appeal periods and hearing dates, escalating at 30, 15, 7 and 1 day.

The engine

A hundred and thirty specialists. Four thousand days.

50+ AI and ML engineers over 1,000+ days building the architecture. 50+ CAs and tax practitioners on TaxEye, 20+ top-tier IP lawyers on Entermark, and 10+ former Income Tax Commissioners on what an assessment question is really asking — the part no corpus contains.

All of it on India’s public tax and IP record — 500,000+ judgments, 75 lakh marks, and every circular since 2000 without a gap. Never on customer documents, which is why "we never train on your data" costs us nothing to promise.

Questions

Asked before signing

If yours is not here, ask us directly — we answer within one business day.

+What does EnterFirst actually do?

EnterFirst builds AI software for regulated work in India. TaxEye handles Income Tax, GST and TDS notices and the litigation that follows; Entermark handles trademark monitoring, objections and oppositions; RegEye tracks 100+ regulators and delivers expert-verified circulars.

+Is the output filed automatically by AI?

No. Every filing, dispatch or submission passes a maker-checker gate where a chartered accountant, company secretary or lawyer reviews and approves.

+How does consent-based data access work?

Each portal pull requires explicit client consent, recorded with a timestamp and fully auditable, designed around the DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025.

+Where is our data stored?

Client data for Indian customers is stored and processed in India — AWS Mumbai, backups in AWS Hyderabad — encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, with daily encrypted backups retained for 30 days.

+Do you train models on our client data?

No. Your client data is never used to train shared or third-party models. The engine was trained on India’s public tax and IP record, so it has no operational need for your client files.

+Can we start with one product and add others later?

Yes. Each product runs standalone and shares the same evidence vault, consent model and audit trail, so adding a second requires no data migration.

+Which regulators and authorities are covered?

Tax and revenue bodies including CBDT, CBIC, TRACES and the GST system via a registered GSP API; financial regulators including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA and NHB; corporate and IP bodies including MCA, ROC, NCLT and the Trade Marks Registry; and sectoral bodies including TRAI, FSSAI, BIS, DGFT, MeitY and CERT-In.

+How long does onboarding take?

For most firms, one to three business days to configure templates, SLA rules and dashboards before go-live.

+Can we export our data if we leave?

Yes. Full export of client data, notices, evidence files and audit trails in CSV, Excel or JSON at any time.

The next 30 minutes

See it run on your own notices.

Not a slide deck. We take one matter you are actually carrying and show you the draft it produces, the evidence behind every figure, and the professional who has to sign before it leaves.

01 You bring one live matter A notice, a contested mark, or a regulator you have to track. Redacted is fine.
02 We run it through the product Parsed, reconciled where it applies, and drafted with the authorities it relies on cited.
03 You see who signs The maker-checker gate, the audit trail behind the draft, and the export you would get on exit.
