Use the platform for your own professional practice, your own entities, or clients who have consented to your acting for them. Configure it, integrate it and export from it freely within your plan.

Do not authorise a data pull for a person or entity that has not consented. Do not use another firm’s credentials or a client’s portal credentials outside the consent framework. Do not retain access after an engagement ends.

Do not file or dispatch AI-drafted output without the review your professional obligations require. Do not present machine-generated analysis as a professional opinion without a qualified person taking responsibility for it.

No scraping, automated bulk extraction outside the documented API, penetration testing without written authorisation, circumvention of rate limits or access controls, or resale of access. No uploading of malware, and no use of the platform to store material unrelated to your professional work.

Drafting and search capacity is provided for genuine matter work. Systematic generation of content for resale, model training, or benchmarking against competing products is not permitted.

We contact you first where the issue looks inadvertent. Persistent or severe breach may lead to suspension of the affected feature or account, and, where a professional obligation or the law is implicated, to termination.
