Scores are calculated using a weighted formula across four dimensions: performance output (50%), client satisfaction ratings (25%), collaboration score from peer reviews (15%), and learning & development activity (10%). All data is pulled from our internal HR and project management systems.

The leaderboard is updated quarterly and published within 10 working days after each quarter ends. Live rankings during the quarter are visible to employees in the internal HR portal.

Top 3 performers receive cash bonuses, additional paid leave, and an exclusive "Champion" badge on their internal and LinkedIn profiles. All top-10 members are recognized in our all-hands meeting and receive merit points redeemable for gifts and experiences.

Yes. The leaderboard includes all departments — Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations. Each department has its own category leaderboard in addition to the overall company-wide ranking.

Focus on delivering high-quality work on time, collecting positive client or stakeholder feedback, supporting teammates, and completing at least one learning module. Your manager can provide a personalized development plan to help you hit the top 10 next quarter.
