About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core product engineering team. You'll be building and scaling fintech products — from NBFC lending platforms to payment gateways — that are used by 500+ enterprise clients across India. This is a high-impact role where your code directly influences financial inclusion for millions of end-users.
You'll work alongside experienced engineers, product managers, and designers in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases, strong code review culture, and continuous learning opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features for EnterFirst's SaaS fintech products
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices consumed by web, mobile, and third-party systems
- Optimize database queries for high-throughput lending and payment workflows
- Participate in system design discussions and code reviews for quality and security
- Collaborate with QA to define test strategies and ensure high code coverage
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation
- Stay current with fintech regulatory changes (RBI, NPCI) and implement compliance requirements
Requirements
Must Have
- 3–6 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js (Express/NestJS)
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL — query optimization, indexing, migrations
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and HTTPS security
- Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins)
- B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech — lending, payments, banking software
- Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda)
- Familiarity with Redis for caching and BullMQ for job queues
- Contributions to open-source or personal fintech projects
